If a skip is required on a public highway a permit must be applied for. This can take between 2, 5 working days and is subject to a charge from the County Council which can be found on our Quick Quote. We are happy to arrange the permits for our customers.

*** !! Plasterboard can no longer be placed in mixed waste skips. It must be separate !! **
General mixed waste; wood, metal, plastics, paper and cardboard packaging, hardcore, green waste, ceramics etc…

Liquids, Asbestos (separate skips can be provided) cannot go in. White goods can’t unless arranged beforehand. Windows and double glazing will be charged by haulage and tonnage. It is important that Soils/inert must not be contaminated. Ie from fuel spills or oil and sewage leaks.

Please call the office for any help with removal of waste that can not be placed in a mixed waste skip. We are here to help with all waste removal…

The lorry has to be alongside the material to be taken away not in front or behind. There must also be sufficient height and width for the arm and lorry . The lorry can not be parked on a public footpath.
